Giving Small Luxury Hotels of the World an impeccable service

With 440 hotels in 70 countries, Small Luxury Hotels of the World offer luxurious five-star experiences. Set in some of the most aesthetically stunning and culturally rich settings in the world, guests expect to experience the best of everything.

However, even with such a glittering portfolio, the way SLH were communicating was no longer connecting with customers. To help the brand move forward and engage more effectively, WAA suggested a whole new experiential approach.

'Experience another World' took the form of a huge new integrated campaign. As well as helping SLH to tap into their customers' desires, our work list included redesigning their corporate identity, freshening up their online presence - and totally reworking their 490-page directory.

We developed striking marketing collaterals for SLH's New York Conference and a Law Society event, created some stunning press ads and even provided design and consultancy support for individual hotels such as The Chester Grosvenor & Spa and Dorset Square Hotel.

And the impact?

With 40% uplift in sales year-on-year, the results speak for themselves, while leafing through the newly designed SLH directory really is an experience in itself.
