Sunday Times ranks us amongst the best
The champagne corks are popping again at WAA - we've just been named as the 45th best small company to work for by the Sunday Times!
The accolade follows our success in the Best Companies accreditation scheme, where we were awarded a maximum possible three star 'extraordinary' rating. The Sunday Times takes the process a step further to give a definitive list of the top 100 small companies to work for in the UK.
The newspaper describes the companies it lists as being beacons of excellence, continuing to define leading workplace practice and engaging and motivating their employees. The rankings are based on a number of factors including feedback from a confidential employee survey.
Chief executive Andrew Wilson, managing director Jacqui Lennon and talent manager Sarah Asprey collected their award at a glittering presentation ceremony in London's Battersea Park on Wednesday night.
Jacqui says: "We're thrilled to have been recognised by the Sunday Times as being one of the top 50 small companies to work for in the UK. This achievement is a credit to every single member of the WAA team. They each contribute so much more than their professional talent to the company - they make WAA a fun, vibrant and exciting place to be, and that translates into great work for our clients."
