Andrew Wilson
Chief Executive
Andrew founded WAA in November 1986 with a good idea and a healthy dose of entrepreneurial flair. He has since steered WAA from an advertising sales and design agency working for local businesses, to become a top-50 integrated communications agency with a global client base.
Jacqui Lennon
Managing Director *
Managing Director Jacqui Lennon joined WAA in 1999, bringing with her over 14 years’ experience of experience within major agencies, including BSB Dorland and Grey. She was appointed to MD in March 2005 following a period of rapid growth. Under her guidance and leadership, WAA has risen up the Campaign rankings, thanks in part to client wins including Jaguar, B&Q, Avis and Habitat.
Henry Becket
Head of Creative (TV Division and Special Projects) *
Henry has nearly thirty years of expertise in the advertising industry with roles as varied as copywriting, international account management and prolific TV production and direction. He's led and managed major London agencies and was founder of Ingenia Creative Communications, which merged with WAA in 2001.
Martin Watson
Head of Finance and Operations *
Martin joined WAA in July 2007 and is responsible for all WAA’s financial and operational matters. He’s a qualified chartered accountant and was previously MD of a successful transport and logistics business. His experience in financial reporting and developing systems is assisting WAA drive operational efficiencies to further develop and refine the service we offer to our clients.
Mike Thomas
Non-executive Chairman
Mike Thomas has been non-executive chairman of WAA since 2003. He has extensive experience in the media sector having served on the boards of quoted companies Lopex plc and Metal Bulletin plc and been Chairman (and for a time CEO) of Media Audits Ltd. He also chairs media equipment manufacturer SMF International Ltd and online advertising specialist UTarget plc. He is a former consultant to a number of FTSE100 companies in Britain, large corporates in Europe, North America and the Far East and to international financial institutions, including investment banks, retail financial organisations and the Bank of England. Mike is a former Member of Parliament.
Andrew Page
Non-executive Director
Andrew represents Foresight Venture Partners, WAA’s major VC investor, on the Board. A first class engineering graduate from Nottingham University, Andrew's experience includes operational management roles in UK and overseas for both Unilever and Ascot plc. Prior to joining Foresight Group, he has worked for 3i and Advent Venture Partners. Andrew joined the Board of WAA in 2002.

Guy Brook
Head of Sales Development
Guy’s experience includes almost a decade in Asia-Pacific, where he led campaigns for global brands including Coca Cola, Mandarin Oriental Hotels, British Airways, Dunhill and BUPA at M&C Saatchi Hong Kong and McCann Erickson Indonesia. Back in the UK, Guy was MD at PWLC before establishing his own communications consultancy.
Ellen Spencer
Client Services Director
Ellen heads up WAA’s 25-strong client services team and is responsible for ensuring the health and well being of WAA’s clients. Ellen joined in 2000, bringing with her strong experience in global launch planning and the automotive and retail sectors. She was appointed to the CSD role in 2005.
Guy Chatburn
Managing Director, Send Marketing Solutions
Guy joined Send in 2003 and has been responsible for expanding the company’s service portfolio to include high value, intelligence driven marketing services in addition to Send’s traditional fulfilment services. Send clients today include B&Q, Virgin Active, Arsenal FC and Small Luxury Hotels. Guy also heads up the development of WAA’s direct communications capability.
Chris Tomlinson
Head of Digital
Chris was founder of internet consultancy WebXpress, which merged with WAA in 2005. He has excellent technical credentials, having spent nine years in technical sales at Sun Microsystems in the UK and Middle East. Chris, a long-term advocate and prolific blogger on the subject of using web technologies to engage with customers, is responsible for developing WAA’s digital capabilities.
Sarah Nutley
HR Manager
Sarah came to WAA in 2007 following 10 years within the HR teams at Severn Trent, IMI and OMX Securities. At WAA, Sarah is responsible for maintaining our long-standing Investors in People recognition, training and development and people resources.
Steve Eltringham
Creative Director
Steve joined WAA as Creative Director in 2006 after having spent over 20 years working with some of the top agencies in London.
