WAA's client list boasts some of the UK and Europe's best known brands, including Habitat, House of Fraser, B&Q, Avis, Sony Centre, Tomy, Willis Insurance and Scalextric.

WAA is ranked in the Campaign UK top-50 agency league tables and is recognised as the largest independently owned agency in the UK. Seventy people are employed from the company’s offices in Birmingham and London.

Send Marketing Solutions offers a full range of marketing support services from CRM, data profiling and data management to individually tailored mail campaigns with response or redemption, handling simple pick and pack promotional campaigns and storage and call off for order fulfilment.

Send works seamlessly with WAA in addition to maintaining its own client base. Clients include Virgin Active, B&Q, Arsenal FC, Symphony Hall Birmingham, Birmingham Royal Ballet and Celtic FC.

Send is ISO 9001 accredited and an associate member of the Direct Marketing Association.

Send Marketing Solutions is a majority owned WAA Ltd company.
