WAA is fertile ground!
2nd Sep 2009 A passion and truth by Lizzie
WAA certainly is an interesting place to be not least because of the diversity. With clientele from big high street names and local businesses to luxury brands there’s always something to get involved in.
As a busy and growing agency WAA is great place to come and learn the craft from the industry’s experienced and talented individuals. I was really pleasantly surprised by WAA openness to my contributions. As a rooky, there was never a sense of having to 'know my place' or to hold back if I had something to contribute and I think this is because WAA has a real commitment to innovation and a working attitude that strives to deliver the best for its clients and in wanting to do so invites new ideas.
What it does with those new ideas is the most impressive part of the business… it takes them and merges them with years of experience and advertising know-how and produces intelligent, interesting and effective results. One thing that is striking about how this company works is that it endeavors to maintain great communication in-house so that they are able to consistently and efficiently communicate with their clients.
Things like 'That Was The Week That Was;' a weekly light hearted look at the works that has been done at the end of each week is testament to this. Apart from the fact that everyone who works at WAA is lovely, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn about integrated advertising. WAA certainly is fertile ground!
